Dubai, UAE — CBD & Hemp Wellness Stores
The United Arab Emirates enforces zero tolerance for cannabis (THC). Possession of even trace amounts can result in a minimum four-year prison sentence. Tourists have been arrested for residue on clothing or in luggage. This guide covers ONLY legal CBD and hemp-derived wellness products available in Dubai. Do NOT bring any THC products into the UAE.
Dubai is one of the most strictly regulated jurisdictions in the world when it comes to cannabis. Federal UAE law classifies any THC-containing product as a controlled substance, and penalties are severe — mandatory minimum sentences start at four years. Tourists and residents alike face the same enforcement.
Despite this, the wellness industry in Dubai has seen strong growth in CBD and hemp-based products. A small number of licensed retailers sell CBD oils, hemp seed supplements, and hemp-based skincare that comply with UAE Ministry of Health import regulations. These products must contain zero detectable THC.
Visitors interested in natural wellness products should research retailers carefully before purchasing. Certificates of analysis (COA) from accredited laboratories are essential. Many hotel spas and health-food outlets carry compliant hemp-based products as part of broader wellness programmes.
This guide lists wellness-focused shops in Dubai that operate within UAE law. It is not a guide to cannabis, marijuana, or THC products — those remain fully illegal and enforcement is active and strict.

Bringing CBD oil into the UAE is high-risk. Even products that are legal in your home country may be seized. The UAE does not recognise most foreign CBD regulations. Do not bring CBD into the UAE without confirmed UAE Ministry of Health clearance.
