Despite this, the wellness industry in Dubai has seen strong growth in CBD and hemp-based products. A small number of licensed retailers sell CBD oils, hemp seed supplements, and hemp-based skincare that comply with UAE Ministry of Health import regulations. These products must contain zero detectable THC.
Visitors interested in natural wellness products should research retailers carefully before purchasing. Certificates of analysis (COA) from accredited laboratories are essential. Many hotel spas and health-food outlets carry compliant hemp-based products as part of broader wellness programmes.
