Plainpalais Social Club is located at the edge of the famous Plainpalais, a vast open square in the heart of left-bank Geneva that hosts the city flea market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, outdoor film screenings in summer and one of the most diverse and socially mixed public spaces in Switzerland.
The club reflects the character of its neighbourhood: diverse, unpretentious and community-oriented. Membership is straightforward, the cannabis selection is good without being obsessively curated and the atmosphere is relaxed and social. The club regularly hosts informal events connected to the flea market and local cultural calendar.
