Monthly contributions of €25 cover full cultivation and operational costs, with no additional fees. The club accepts up to 450 members, with membership requiring German residency verification and valid ID as mandated by the CanG. The club enforces all legal requirements strictly, including the daily 25g and monthly 50g distribution limits, and the prohibition on allowing cannabis to leave the premises for resale.

Verify Residency

German address verification (Anmeldung or equivalent) required by law. EU citizens with registered address qualify.

Submit Application

Provide valid photo ID, residency proof, and complete the club’s official CanG membership form.

Attend Orientation

Mandatory briefing on CanG rules, limits (25g/day, 50g/month), and club-specific regulations.

Activate Membership

Pay first monthly contribution. Membership is tracked; distribution limits are recorded per member.

Cannabis Social Clubs in Germany operate under the Cannabis Act (CanG) enacted April 2024. Clubs must be registered non-commercial associations. Members must be 18+ (21+ for products with >10% THC) and provide proof of German residency. Daily limit: 25g; monthly limit: 50g. Cannabis may only be consumed on designated club premises, never in public within 100m of schools, playgrounds, or sports facilities.
