The Kreuzberg Collective is a Cannabis Social Club registered under Germany's Cannabis Act (CanG), operating from Kreuzberg — Berlin's most historically significant neighbourhood for alternative culture and cannabis activism. The club's founding in 2024 directly follows the CanG's passage, and its Kreuzberg roots give it a distinctive character: engaged, politically conscious, and community-focused.

The club operates on cooperative principles: major decisions are taken collectively by members, cultivation is managed transparently with member oversight, and surplus funds after costs are reinvested in member services rather than distributed as profit. This non-commercial ethos is not just philosophically consistent with the CanG's intent but legally required by it.

Monthly contributions of €28 cover all cultivation and operational costs. Members receive up to 25g per day with a monthly cap, in line with legal limits. The club accepts up to 480 members. Membership requires proof of Berlin registration (Anmeldung) or German residency, valid ID, and confirmation of age (18+). The club runs regular events on cannabis culture, harm reduction, and the developing German legal landscape.

Verify Residency

German address verification (Anmeldung or equivalent) required by law. EU citizens with registered address qualify.

Submit Application

Provide valid photo ID, residency proof, and complete the club’s official CanG membership form.

Attend Orientation

Mandatory briefing on CanG rules, limits (25g/day, 50g/month), and club-specific regulations.

Activate Membership

Pay first monthly contribution. Membership is tracked; distribution limits are recorded per member.

Cannabis Social Clubs in Germany operate under the Cannabis Act (CanG) enacted April 2024. Clubs must be registered non-commercial associations. Members must be 18+ (21+ for products with >10% THC) and provide proof of German residency. Daily limit: 25g; monthly limit: 50g. Cannabis may only be consumed on designated club premises, never in public within 100m of schools, playgrounds, or sports facilities.
