Cannabis Legal Status in Latvia
Latvia decriminalised personal possession of up to 1 gram of cannabis in 2013 as an administrative offence. Larger amounts and any supply remain criminal offences. There are no legal cannabis shops or social clubs in Riga or anywhere in Latvia.
