Founded in 2024 under the Cannabis Act, the club has quickly become one of Hamburg's most talked-about CSCs, drawing on St. Pauli's long association with alternative social movements and its FC St. Pauli club's tradition of progressive values.

Monthly contributions of €26 are competitive for Hamburg. The club accepts up to 500 members with Hamburg residency or address verification required. Membership sign-up includes an orientation on the CanG framework and the club's community values. The distribution limits of 25g/day and 50g/month are enforced via member records.

Cannabis Social Clubs in Germany operate under the Cannabis Act (CanG) enacted April 2024. Clubs must be registered non-commercial associations. Members must be 18+ (21+ for products with >10% THC) and provide proof of German residency. Daily limit: 25g; monthly limit: 50g. Cannabis may only be consumed on designated club premises, never in public within 100m of schools, playgrounds, or sports facilities.
