📍 St. Pauli, Hamburg
The St. Pauli Collective operates from Hamburg's most famous neighbourhood, the Reeperbahn district known historically for its nightlife and counter-culture. Founded in 2024 under the Cannabis Act, the club has quickly become one of Hamburg's most talked-about CSCs, drawing on St. Pauli's long association with alternative social movements and its FC St. Pauli club's tradition of progressive values.
The club operates with high energy and a strong social dimension, hosting regular member events, live music sessions, and collaborative projects with local artists and community organisations. Despite the lively atmosphere, the club maintains strict compliance with all CanG requirements — proof that a community-focused approach and legal rigour are not mutually exclusive.
Monthly contributions of €26 are competitive for Hamburg. The club accepts up to 500 members with Hamburg residency or address verification required. Membership sign-up includes an orientation on the CanG framework and the club's community values. The distribution limits of 25g/day and 50g/month are enforced via member records.

Members must be 18+ (21+ for products with >10% THC) and provide proof of German residency. Daily limit: 25g; monthly limit: 50g. Cannabis may only be consumed on designated club premises, never in public within 100m of schools, playgrounds, or sports facilities. Public consumption outside designated areas remains an administrative offence. This guide is for informational purposes only.
