📍 Pankow, Berlin
Pankow CSC serves the northern Berlin district of Pankow, a large and predominantly residential area with a quieter character than the more central and tourist-heavy districts. Founded in 2024 under the Cannabis Act, the club addresses demand from Pankow residents for a local, legally compliant option.
The club operates from a ground-floor space with a relaxed, neighbourhood feel. The membership is predominantly local, with few members travelling in from other districts. This gives the club a genuine community character, with staff who know members personally and a social atmosphere typical of a local members' club.
Monthly contributions of €27 cover cultivation and operational costs. The club accepts up to 400 members, slightly below the CanG maximum, which the founders felt was appropriate for maintaining the quality of a genuine community association. Membership requires German address verification, valid ID, and a brief orientation. The club complies with all CanG requirements including daily and monthly distribution limits and non-commercial cultivation standards.
Cannabis Social Clubs in Germany operate under the Cannabis Act (CanG) enacted April 2024. Clubs must be registered non-commercial associations. Members must be 18+ (21+ for products with >10% THC) and provide proof of German residency. Daily limit: 25g; monthly limit: 50g. Cannabis may only be consumed on designated club premises, never in public within 100m of schools, playgrounds, or sports facilities. Public consumption outside designated areas remains an administrative offence. This guide is for informational purposes only.
